Your participation in the Programme is solely to legally advertise our website and earn a commission on memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to EU Drone Port Training through your website or personal recommendations.

Approval or Rejection of the Application

EU Drone Port Training reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Programme application at its sole and absolute discretion. Rejection carries no legal recourse.

Commissions

• Commission rates: 20% for influencers and content creators, 15% for drone shops, calculated on the order amount excluding VAT. Your rate is shown in your Affiliate Area.
• Your discount code: each approved affiliate receives a personal code giving their audience 10% off. Sales made with your code count as your referrals, even without your link.
• Eligible courses: A1/A3, A2 and STS, plus the Open Pack (A1/A3 + A2) and the Full Pack (A1/A3 + A2 + STS). Other courses do not earn commission, and the discount code does not apply to them.
• Balances under €50 roll over to the following month.
• You cannot refer yourself. Commissions on your own accounts will not be paid.
• Only successfully completed transactions are eligible for commission.
• Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

Termination Important

Your affiliate application and status in the Programme may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

• Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
• Spamming: sending emails or messages without the recipient’s prior consent, as required by EU privacy and electronic communications rules.
• Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
• Failure to clearly disclose the affiliate relationship (for example with “ad”, “affiliate link” or “sponsored”), as required by the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC) and the advertising rules of the country where you publish.
• Violation of EU Drone Port Training intellectual property rights.
• Offering rebates, coupons or kickbacks other than the personal discount code provided by EU Drone Port Training, or publishing your code on coupon and voucher websites. Bundling bonuses with EU Drone Port Training products is acceptable.
• Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or suspected affiliate fraud.

Affiliate Links

You may use graphic and text links on your website and within email messages. You may also advertise through online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.

You may use graphics and text provided by EU Drone Port Training, or create your own, provided they comply with the conditions outlined in the Termination section.

Coupon and Deal Sites

• Affiliates may not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons, or images.
• Affiliates may not bid on terms such as “EU Drone Port Coupons” or “EU Drone Port Discounts.”
• No pop-ups, iframes, or hidden actions that set affiliate cookies without clear user intent.
• Users must be able to see coupon or deal details before an affiliate cookie is set.
• Affiliates with “Click for Deal/Coupon” text when no deal exists will be removed from the programme immediately.

Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy

Liability

EU Drone Port Training will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Programme or our website(s).

We make no expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Programme and/or the memberships or products sold. We will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Term of the Agreement

This Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Programme and ends when your Affiliate account is terminated.

EU Drone Port Training may modify these terms and conditions. We will notify you by email at least 15 days before any material change takes effect. Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of any changes. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account.

Indemnification

Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless EU Drone Port Training and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors, and assigns from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to any claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of the Affiliate.

Data Protection

Both parties will comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). We process your personal data only to manage the Programme, track referrals and pay commissions, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may only collect and use the personal data of your audience in line with the GDPR and must never share third parties’ personal data with us without a valid legal basis.

Taxes

You are responsible for declaring your commissions and paying any taxes due in your country. Before making a payout, we may ask for your tax details, such as your VAT number, or for an invoice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
