Terms & Conditions

EU Drone Port Training — Authorized Affiliate Agreement

📋 By registering as an authorized affiliate of EU Drone Port Training, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set out in this agreement. Your electronic registration carries the same legal force as a handwritten signature.

Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website and earn a commission on memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to EU Drone Port Training through your website or personal recommendations.

Approval or Rejection of the Application

EU Drone Port Training reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program application at its sole and absolute discretion. Rejection carries no legal recourse.

Commissions

💶 Commissions are paid once a month. The referred account must remain active for a minimum of 31 days for a commission to be issued.
  • You cannot refer yourself. Commissions on your own accounts will not be paid.
  • Only successfully completed transactions are eligible for commission.
  • Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

Termination Important

Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

  • Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
  • Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
  • Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
  • Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing FTC guidelines or applicable state laws.
  • Violation of EU Drone Port Training intellectual property rights.
  • Offering rebates, coupons, or promised kickbacks from your commission as an incentive. Bundling bonuses with EU Drone Port Training products is acceptable.
  • Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or suspected affiliate fraud.
🚫 EU Drone Port Training reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, for any violation of this Agreement or for no reason.

Affiliate Links

You may use graphic and text links on your website and within email messages. You may also advertise through online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.

You may use graphics and text provided by EU Drone Port Training, or create your own, provided they comply with the conditions outlined in the Termination section.

Coupon and Deal Sites

⚠️ Only pre-approved and branded coupons may be promoted. If you have not been assigned a specific coupon, you are not authorized to promote one.
  • Affiliates may not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons, or images.
  • Affiliates may not bid on terms such as “EU Drone Port Coupons” or “EU Drone Port Discounts.”
  • No pop-ups, iframes, or hidden actions that set affiliate cookies without clear user intent.
  • Users must be able to see coupon or deal details before an affiliate cookie is set.
  • Affiliates with “Click for Deal/Coupon” text when no deal exists will be removed from the program immediately.

Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy

🔒 PPC bidding is not allowed without prior written permission from EU Drone Port Training.

Liability

EU Drone Port Training will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program or our website(s).

We make no expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Program and/or the memberships or products sold. We will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Term of the Agreement

This Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Program and ends when your Affiliate account is terminated.

EU Drone Port Training may modify the terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account.

Indemnification

Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless EU Drone Port Training and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors, and assigns from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to any claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of the Affiliate.

Electronic Signatures

✅ This Agreement is an electronic contract. By completing the EU Drone Port Training affiliate application process, you create an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
